在朝露老师的点醒下，意识到这篇的基本剧情就是“/target Benton Fraser /cast 移动限制 /cast 忏悔”，然后证明即便三围（格挡/招架/闪避，FYI）高如Fraser逼急了也会反击的（。
…words don’t work with Fraser, he uses words for armor, for deflection, to hide, to distract, even to delete…
三围坦啊（摇头。
我最喜欢的地方：Ray’s puppies
Words, Fraser’s so good at them, he’s got them all hitched up to a sled in pairs, and they go where he wants them to go, and he knows just the right one to do just the right thing. Words follow Ray around like puppies, leaping and tumbling, and sometimes he has to chase them down and sometimes he picks one just to see what it’ll do, and the only time they go where he wants them to go is when he’s not thinking about them but something else entirely, and then they seem to just fall in line behind him.
到了后面他们终于搞起来啦：
“Please,” Fraser says, and his voice sounds broken. “Please, Ray–”
“Yes, Fraser, yes, God, whatever you want, anything,” and the puppies are tumbling down a hill, “please, do it, fuck me, fuck me…”
“Anything,” Fraser breathes in his ear, and Ray’s disoriented for a second, that’s his puppy, it got away and ran to Fraser–
汪汪嗷嗷错杂弹，大狗小狗滚下山。
（同样是精通，F拿来格闪招，RK拿来加伤害，T和DPS的比喻果然没错（。）
不过这位作者（心里的RK）跟RV到底多大仇啊。上面这篇里RK跟F说他想要RV做一辈子卧底不回来，虽然想不起来是哪篇但是好像还有一篇里也表达出了类似的心情（好吧其实比起翅膀彼此相爱我还是喜欢翅膀彼此敌视的桥段（说着大干被德裂做成了帽子）。话说回来跟RV没仇的恐怕都去萌3P了……
这篇真的很长，（在我看来）水分很大（虽然我必须承认如果写这种拉锯剧情必须要长，但是我是真不喜欢看太长的），滚床的部分是很辣啦但不合我口味总觉得哪里很awkward（其他篇也是），但是其间属实散落着星星点点的萌点，比如puppies，再比如RK自己铐住自己（Asylum again yay），再比如翻过来正面上。
好吧，还是有得萌的。
顺便说下Men on the Moon。虽然是老梗到爆的人体取暖，而且我很不喜欢①post-CotW（幸而这篇不是北极圈居家过日子）②Fraser因为自己的取向拒绝RK帮助的议题（说真的，难道不是越直越不怕搞基（好吧可能90年代不是（好吧谁知道直男怎么想的），但是这篇看到最后还是觉得相当触动，多半是因为最后一个场景：
And this is buddies, because I got him, I got his rhythm, I really can feel everything he’s thinking now, right now, this second, and the next one, and every second after that stretching out as far as we both can see, like the horizon when we started this; and there’s no end in sight, just us.
For real.

手贱去看了Near Wild Heaven的alternate ending（因为有个角色死亡的警告（我知道错了），感觉很不好。
先不论F自杀的合理性吧，RK最后和Maggie互相安慰了一下，还真是现实得相当残酷啊。把不到哥哥就把妹妹好了（这么一想dS里还真是不止一对）
All other things to their destruction draw,
Only our love hath no decay.
F在失血昏迷之前最后跟RK引用的一句多恩。那你还自杀？！
另外这篇的RV不是挺温柔的吗喂。很难想象前面会有多混蛋，总觉得不会超过Not the Real Ray那系列啊。说实话虽然喜欢单向BE冷冰冰只做不谈闹分手，但是这种桥段……看几篇也就够了（说出来了！）
好吧，我争取试试看正篇。
（补充一下剧情：这篇前面都在讲RV试图说服F跟RK好好谈谈（还强行把他送RK那去），但是F也拒绝谈，RK也拒绝谈（虽然他俩很明显是爱对方的）。然后F说要走，RK没留他（虽然他俩很明显想要对方留下来），F回家想到自己的transfer，想着想着就想不开了……）
不交流是真不行啊
再补充：虽然对F自杀的合理性非常质疑，但是这个割腕自杀的场景还是非常美的——F双手抱膝坐在窗台下像睡着一样，地上一滩血。然后RK扑过去发现F在两边手腕都做了纵向切割（高效！科学！）。另外我真的非常喜欢RK对濒死的F的反应。
克服不科学所带来的惊慌重新读了下最后几段。Maggie回加拿大了，RK“找到机会”就帮别人挡了子弹。

看了Near Wild Heaven正篇里从自杀往后的内容，so sappy such cheesy very dramatic，简直不能看（还不如给我自杀结局呢。）
觉得dS很多文长度上都特别惊人是因为经常有长篇大论的心理描写，还有为了细致刻画人物形象把一个场景来回写两遍的……这种古典主义文风真的烦（。）
比如auk就很多，时间上只过了一秒钟，但是人物心理活动超过五百字的地方。
后RK扑过去发现F在两边手腕都做了纵向切割（高效！科学！）
（我超级喜欢这种在莫名其妙地方非常IC的描写XDDD）
